Campsite

We finally got to the Volcanoes National Park and pitched our tent. Fortunately, it had stopped raining. We finished just in time for dark.

By then it was the end of a very, very long day. We weren't really hungry, so we just drove to the nearby town of Volcano and got a couple of root beers at what passed for the local grocery, but was really just a convenience store. Then we collapsed in our tent. It was hot, but later we woke up and were so cold we had to crawl into our 0 degree rated sleeping bags.
