So, the maintenance guys have been trying to get us to install the winterization kit so the oil gets hot, so it boils out accumulated water. As pilots, we're squeamish about using them because we don't want an overheated engine. I installed the outlet baffles before this flight because the outside air temperature was OC. When I took this picture it was about 15C. Anyway, all gauges are still in the green, and we descended after I took this to cool things off.
