Finally! I’ve got CSI (two days of ground school) in Phoenix on 19-20 March. My oral exam is not yet scheduled, but should be shortly after that. My simulator training will be 8-18 April in St. Louis. Woohoo!

Daylight Saving Time is stupid, stupid, stupid. And now even the Wall Street Journal says so. Or lat least, they say that DST wastes energy, something I’ve been saying for years, to anyone who will listen. It’s going to waste even *more* energy after we all switch over to US-gov’t mandated CFL lightbulbs.
If you wondered what new airline pilots look like today, here we are. Okay, so our instructor is in there too. I’ll leave it as an exercise for the reader to figure out who he is:)
