I like to say that Berck makes the best Italian style pizza in the time zone. I say that because Arizona isn’t on daylight saving time. The best pizza in the hemisphere is actually Pizzeria Bianco, which has been on our list of places to go for probably over fifteen years. Unfortunately, eating there requires a 7 hour wait in line in Phoenix. That’s hard. The prep for Rally Colorado was complicated by the fact that the Race Against Kids’ Cancer in the Vee is the very next weekend. That meant I had to prepare two race cars before the event.
