{"id":4026,"date":"2017-11-10T07:53:39","date_gmt":"2017-11-10T14:53:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nachzen.net\/?p=4026"},"modified":"2018-11-17T16:45:01","modified_gmt":"2018-11-17T23:45:01","slug":"chicken-tortellini-soup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nachzen.net\/?p=4026","title":{"rendered":"Chicken tortellini soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>My friend T once served me some delicious chicken tortellini soup.\u00a0 I got the recipe from her and modified it heavily.\u00a0 Here&#8217;s my version.\u00a0 It is so good.\u00a0 Even Mikey likes it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Chicken\u00a0tortellini\u00a0soup<\/p>\n<p>1 lb chicken breasts cubed<\/p>\n<p>1 lb sliced sausage (I like to use Andouille)<\/p>\n<p>3 quarts of chicken broth<\/p>\n<p>2 cans cream of chicken soup<\/p>\n<p>1 cup vermouth<\/p>\n<p>24 oz fresh or frozen tortellini<\/p>\n<p>2 cups sliced carrots<\/p>\n<p>2 bunches chopped green onions<\/p>\n<p>4 teaspoons basil<\/p>\n<p>1 teaspoon oregano<\/p>\n<p>1 small head garlic minced<\/p>\n<p>1 package fresh spinach<\/p>\n<p>2 cups shredded white Cheddar<\/p>\n<p>1 cup cream<\/p>\n<p>pepper to taste<\/p>\n<p>seasoned salt to taste (about 1 tablespoon)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Saut\u00e9 the carrots in a little bit of olive oil.
