Daylight Saving Time is stupid, stupid, stupid. And now even the Wall Street Journal says so. Or lat least, they say that DST wastes energy, something I’ve been saying for years, to anyone who will listen. It’s going to waste even *more* energy after we all switch over to US-gov’t mandated CFL lightbulbs.
It occurred to me last night we’ve seen some really pretty good movies in the past few months. Considering we often watch a lot of not-so-good movies, I figured it’s time to share again. Angel-A. Mexican Coke at Sam’s! 24 for $18 and some change. Also Smoking Loon 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon is very tasty, especially when you consider we only paid $6 for it. We didn’t even eat anything with it tonight, and it was very nice all on its own. Don’t be fooled by the picture of the cute animal–this is a really good value for money.
