Patriot Act used to detain 16-year old

Here’s a case for those you (Nathan) who have insisted that the patriot act wouldn’t be used against american citizens at home. How about a 16 year kid suspected of making bomb threats? Even if he’s guilty as charged (which he almost assuredly is not), there’s no reason to hold him illegally for a month without being charged with a crime and deny him access to representation.
